The Black Den Studio

We had an emergency all-night design session at The Black Den a few days ago. Many thanks to Randy Bennett for his profesionalism and skillful hand in completing and packaging the album art for production in New Jersey. The image that you see is the cover & back of Seaside Caravan.

The image was originally a painting by Roman McNamara. Roman folded the initial canvas in half to create a somewhat simetrical image and then filled in all the remaining details by hand.

The finished painting was then photographed by Ryan Harrington and then colorized by Steven Vigar. From there, Randy Bennett added the Seaside Caravan logo by hand at his studio.
